Our lesson program is specifically designed to accommodate both children through adults, with our specialty being the novice or "rusty" rider. Students can learn English or Western riding techniques. We encourage students to try both styles and to even try bareback riding. We teach students to "ride the horse, not the saddle." Our students also learn how to be a total "horseperson", as we believe it is just as important to learn how to ride as it is to learn how to care for horses. On inclimate weather days we hold unmounted indoor lessons where we cover a wide range of topics such as nutrition, first aid, in depth grooming techniques, etc.
